Circuit Training Workout

Circuit Training is one of the hottest new workout trends. And we have it here! You’ll love how this full-body routine improves your strength and core. By moving from one exercise to the next with minimal time and active rest exercises in between, you’ll experience a workout like never before! This cutting-edge training burns more fat in less time PLUS it improves your endurance and builds your strength. (We use the ‘Tabata’ protocol: 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest.)

TRX Training

TRX Training is a fun, safe, fast, and effective total body workout. TRX Training is a suspension training system designed for all people, of all ages, and all fitness levels. TRX resistance training incorporates exercises and exercise that develop balance, joint stability, strength, and flexibility all at the same time. If you’ve never experienced yoga before, you’ll want to start here! This yoga class is specially designed for beginner yogis. You’ll learn the basics of yoga postures, which will give you the tools to develop a strong yoga practice. This class focuses on strength building, increasing flexibility, and the fundamentals of breathing. Gentle Vinyasa is great confidence-building class for beginners. And if you haven’t been on your mat in a while, Gentle Vinyasa is a great way to reconnect with your practice. No experience necessary!

Hot Vinyasa

If you’re looking for the next step up in yoga benefits, try this mixed-level class for all yogis… with the heat on! Whether you’re still somewhat new to yoga or an experienced yogi, we have options for every level. Your instructor will offer a variety of beginner to expert modifications to encourage full participation from everyone. As you flow from pose to pose, more advanced students can try a challenging variation. Plus, there’s always fun and non-intimidating options for our newer students. Some yoga experience, water, and a towel are recommended for this class.

Strong Hot Vinyasa

This class is recommended for experienced yogis with a strong practice with the heat on! Strong Hot Vinyasa offers a fast-paced vinyasa flow designed to challenge and deepen your practice. This flow includes, arm balances, challenging transitions, advanced inversions, and pranayama. Strong Hot Vinyasa is not recommended for beginners. Moderate to expert yoga experience, towel and water are strongly recommended.

Wake Up And Flow

This 60-minute, mixed-level class for all yogis will get you moving with the heat on! Whether you’re just starting out, or you’re an experienced yogi, our instructors offer a variety of modifications at every level to encourage full participation. As you flow from pose to pose, advanced students can take advantage of more challenging variations. Wake Up and Flow is a fun, non-intimidating class for newer students. Some yoga experience, water, and a towel are recommended for this class.

Sunday Funday Hot Vinyasa Flow

You never know what you’re going to get, or who might be teaching class on Sundays! Come join a vinyasa flow in the heat with a different instructor every weekend. And sometimes you might even have a guest teacher make an appearance. It’s a fun way to end your weekend! Whether you’re just starting out, or you’re an experienced yogi, our instructors offer a variety of modifications at every level to encourage full participation. As you flow from pose to pose, advanced students can take advantage of more challenging variations. Wake Up and Flow is a fun, non-intimidating class for newer students. All levels welcome. Water and a towel are recommended for this class.

Happy Hour Hot Vinyasa Detox

Start your weekend off right and come detox with us! Happy Hour Hot Vinyasa Detox is a mixed-level class for all yogis with the Heat on. Whether you’re just starting out, or you’re an experienced yogi, our instructors offer a variety of modifications at every level to encourage full participation. As you flow from pose to pose, advanced students can take advantage of more challenging variations. Happy Hour Hot Vinyasa Detox is a fun, non-intimidating class for newer students. All levels welcome. Water and a towel are recommended for this class.

Hot Yoga Boot Camp

This new and exciting cross-training yoga class is a great way to jump-start your day and get your heart pumping! Hot Yoga Boot Camp is held in a heated room and blends vinyasa-style stretching with high-intensity cardio intervals of jump squats, jump lunges, and mountain climbers. Strength work integrates yoga push-ups, isometric holds, and abdominal moves. The only rest comes when you hold a plank position for 20 seconds. All levels welcome, but not recommended for beginners. Please bring a towel and water.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is essential for joint and connective tissue health. From the Taoist tradition of yoga, Yin Yoga accesses connective tissue and joints in a soft, yet sometimes challenging way. Yin Yoga is done in an unheated room so the fascia can be felt and accessed before the muscle warms up. All levels welcome. Yoga mat and water are recommended for this class.Please note: Yin Yoga is not restorative yoga. Like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please give yourself a chance to heal before resuming your regular practice.
